The pull-request review views the GitHub CLI leaves out

ghx closes the PR review loop inside the terminal. gh pr checks covers CI, but the GitHub CLI has no first-class way to see inline review threads with their resolution state, the review decision, and the PR conversation together. ghx puts them in one readable view, plus a stable --json contract so scripts and coding agents can drive the same workflow.
